Account Department in a MESS

For the people out there using Cell C as a data provider, please watch out for the billing department. They deduct monies from your account and do no refund if they make a mistake. They just credit your account.

I have 2 accounts with Cell C, one 2GIG=R149 and 10GIG=R499, but they debited my account with 3 debit orders worth R2300. When I phoned customer care I was on the line for 30 min, NO LUCK. They just said they will escalate, this is now month 3 that I am receiving a dodgy bill.

CELL C, get your act together, you will lose clients with this business practice.
