Hi Jerry
As I mentioned. I subscribed for a 2GB data bundle for R99 per month. Cell C debit me for R655.44. As you claim it was for the MIRA and Smartcall subscription. What I am saying is I never subscribed. SmartCall is going to refund me. I don't get any response from MIRA. No response on the emails, and the call centre only has a number to unsubscribe. So how can I pay for something I cant query. Cell C debited my account not MIRA. I am not making this my problem. I have reversed the debit order and will not pay Cell C until I get my refund from MIRA.
Cell C clearly has ties with Mira. So maybe you can get hold of them.
