INABILITY TO CONTROL CALL AND DATA SET LIMITS

I had this contract now for just over a year and my phone account never went over the R1000.00 mark ever. I have a specific instruction to Nashua Mobile which says specifically to control my call limit to R400.00 per month and lately request a data bundle that was not more than R348.00. Got a message this morning @ 03:00 in the morning to advise that the soft lock has been lifted with 2 gigs of data available and just under 300 minutes talk time available. To My surprise @ 11:20 on the same day my phone was soft locked. this is really poor service provider management that my set limits cannot be maintained. I was billed repeatedly 501 times at a cost of 4.39 per line item amounting to R2142.00. Why do I bother with a company that is clearly not out to stick to clients request but rather allows my account to run over the set limit by 10 gigs with of data and kill my call line in the process. I don't care if you don't respond Nashua Mobile but I will open up a case as you are misrepresenting yourself as service provider, that is the last thing you are. What is more important is that your customer rating drops even further by my comments. This is a form of milking the client
