BILLING FOR A CANCELLED ACCOUNT

On 13/04/2013 @ 09h03 I spoke to Zinhle at the Cell C Call Centre who confirmed that the Cell C data line was de-activated. months ago. Will escalate to billing department as my account should not be debited. Cell C - Ref 13044130000019858. My ACCOUNT IS STILL BEING DEBITED. IF THIS PRACTICE IS NOT STOPPED IMMEDIATELY I WILL LODGE A COMPLIANT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN. Pathetic service. Cell C is getting worse and worse. My contact no is 084 299 5178
