I changed banks in January of this year. Informing all parties debiting my account, including Cell C. After Cell C debiting my account on 31 January, they continue to BARR my line and continue to debit my account every month following, but not lifting the barr off my line.

As I do not use this data line often tought this to be bad signal etc, until tonight (15 May 2013) when I phoned in and was informed my line has been barred since Jan/Feb!!

How is this legal and good practice? I have informed Cell C to lift the barr from my line and reinstate all my data which was to allocated to me since January, or else cancel my contract WITH NO CANCELLATION FEE as they have been debiting a total of approximately R1400 from my account over 5 months and providing no service.

This is nothing else but! I will for this reason not upgrade my cell c line or ever again make use of cell c if this is the work ethics.
