On the 1st of June I logged a call with MTN service provider requested a credit return of R500, and it was agreed that they will minus it from myJune debit order. the reason I was over charged is because they gave me a wrong package of top up 500, instead of the contract for R249 for the Samsung galaxy tap 2 GTp5100, and they debited my account for a top up R500.I have also experienced many problems with the package for three months and nothing seems to happen or get right. I have decided that MTN its incompetent and If I cant I want to terminate my services with MTN and move to another service provider. i have been a loyal customer to MTN all my life but the treament I am getting it terrible service. I dont even want the new because its not bringing me any joy. Hello peter please help me to terminate my services with MTN due to the bad service I am being offered. This is my second complain that I have sent to MTN and the reference to the first one is REQ:2329047
