OFFERED LOWER PRICE & I GET CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE

My father had opened a data services account with Nashua Mobile, as I was still a student at the time with no income. the agreement was R349/month for 1.5 Gigs. I was recently contacted via email from an Acc Executive who offered me R99/month for gigs. I took the offer up and was told it would be in effect from the 1st Dec 2013.

For the month of Dec I was charged an approximate amount of R500. I have been given the run around with the Acc exec on what happened and when I can get refunded. I am also struggling terminate my service with Nashua as I was informed I would be liable for R700 to terminate the account. I get charged an insane amount I never agreed to and now charged to cancel it. I have tried to cancel the services through the call centre but because its on my father name they are refusing to do it (my father is an 80year old whose main language is Portuguese so he wont understand properly if he got spoken to) But the Acc exec didnt care that she wasnt speaking to my father when I got offered the upgrade. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE HAD! I WILL WARN ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY ON THINKING TWICE ABOUT EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH NASHUA MOBILE
