Change the package

James called me for collection for a YOU magazine and I gave him my new banking details and I requested him to change my package to be DRUM not YOU, he agreed. Today I have receive my package it is YOU not the DRUM I have requested. What must I do with this I have the right to chose what I want to read, but it seems as if my request was not taken into consideration, but when it comes to money it is needed even if you are not satisfied with the service. Please come and collect this package and terminate my agreement if it is not going to go by my rules.
