REFUSAL TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I reported my phone with Vodacom last year; they have never updated their system. Advised Vodacom to stop debiting my account in January 2013 because I lost my job and I will be making cash deposits, nobody advised that when I deposited into absa I had to pay a penalty because payment takes 3 days to go through. I used to pay the extra because I didn't want a default against my name. It is now the 26th month of my contract and I can't cancel because they claim I owe them R370. Nobody can explain why I owe that amount when my monthly subscription was R135 and I have proof of all my cash deposits.
