I was on package Smart S 75min with 250mb and promotional R500 then a month ago consultant phoned to offer me a new package of Top up R200 airtime and R500 mb, which i agreed seeing that my package was an open line and i wanted a packed that had a deal with limitation, then next thing on the 3rd of Dec i realised that i was only given R200 airtime but no R500 mb, and i called Voda to do an enquiry and i was advised that my query has been haded over to data bundles department and 1 of their consultant will get back to me, which they never did and again on the 09th i called and spoke to a lady by Phumelele whom i must say she really assisted by giving detailed info and said she will log a 2nd enquiry and i should wait 24 to 48hours . then this morning i call yet again and spoken to Lorna who said my query pending and she will also investigate, . I need to use my phone but unfortunately i am unable to because of 0.00 balance... now i must load new data from my own pocket??? i am very dissappointed with Voda's service i was 1 of the people who praised and regarded Vocadom as the best Services Provider, now i am changing my tune
