Worst network eve

There is virtually no network at my apartment in Waterkloof Glen Ext 5. I can't make or receive calls, nor can I surf the net on my iPad or blackberry when i am at home, especially in my living room or kitchen because the network simply is not there. Why is this and how can mtn assist me as their loyal customer? Very tempted to switch networks.
