Cell C - Worst network in SA!!!

I switched over to Cell C in Oct 2012. Sinc then, I've had very poor reception on my phone all over South Africa. I have a blackberry, and a lot of people told me that it is the handset and not the network. But explain to me how 6 different people, ALL have exactly the same problem??? My dad is on Mtn, and also has a blackberry, but not once has he had a problem to send or receive bbm's, whatsapp, phonecalls, sms's or go onto the internet. This is pathetic! I'm a woman who often travel alone or at night. What if i have an emergency but cant make or receive any phonecalls or send out a distress message?! I want to know what Cell C intends to do about this situation. Even some estates who operate their access control systems via sms have now advised their residents to port to Vodacom or MTN, as the Cell C sms's does not go through or are very delayed. I wish I could change over to another network, but is bound by a contract until Oct 2014! They claim to be the best network with the lowest call rate, but you have to make 6 calls to complete 1 message as you get cut off all the time. Even when their customer services phoned me to do a survey on their service I got cut off twice!!!
