NO NETWORK COVERAGE

What happened to everywhere you go? I never have network at home yet I bought a new phone in order to access the Internet but mtn is failing me as I always get the Edge network and only when I'm in town that I will connect on 3G. If I knew about this I would have been with another network which the people around me are not complaining about. Any chance I can have network or should I change networks? The R399 that I'm paying every month is way to much for me not to get what I'm paying for.

Assist please... I'm fustrated and disappointed about this as I've been with mtn ever since but after this I'm not so sure if I wanna stay. Im a true loyal customer but for how long will I stay unsatisfied? Every month you deduct yet you don't supply
