CELL C NO NETWORK & BUSY CALL CENTRE

I have tried calling your calling centre to NO avail. It has been extremely busy all day and it simply says e-mail. I have had no network for more than two weeks. I can't make or receive calls, I can't surf the net and I can't even call 140 from my phone. What is the point of having a phone? My girlfriend uses the phone yet when she does get through, they say they can't speak to her because I'm not with her. Please make contact with me.
