My girlfriend and I have been suffering with the network since end of August.
We struggle to make calls, sms, internet, mms.

Yesterday I could not get hold of her and she was stranded the whole day without being able to make calls and receive calls.
She could not make calls, receive calls, or sms's as I tried to contact her whole of yesterday. This morning when she wakes up she receives all the sms's that I sent yesterday.

What the is wrong with your network?

How the does vodacom think I should respond to my family emergencies while the network is like this? We have a funeral this week and calls are made all through the day. How do you suppose my family communicates with me or other family members with the network?
