Cell C
No Network Connectivity in Bromhof Area

I recently relocated to Bromhof from Parkmore, I have no semblance, whatsoever of Network Reception when in the area, I have to drive up to Beyers Naude or switch to my vodacom sim card to make calls,
I called the call centre and spoke to a lady named Olga who then transferred me to Nompumelelo Nxumalo of the Technical Support team who advised me "They are aware of the current network issues in Gauteng North and South" and she cannot assist me at this time, this has been going on for over 2 months, I have a data contract with Mweb using a Ccell C sim card which I do not use but pay them on a monthly basis because i have no network reception, I have a personal and business cellphone bith registered to Cell C which i cannot use when in Bromhof further down on Kelly Road (Haven't tried driving up this street yet).

Nompumelelo of the "Technical Department" advised me the Network guys are busy with it and the attitude of indifference to my plight is plain appalling, I'm losing out on being connected with clients and friends when in my home suburb, in "Africa's economic hub" Somebody please help, ASAP, I do not want to switch networks, PLEASE!!!
