MTN Direct rips me off AGAIN

I wrote a report on Hello Peter in May about my account being overbilled by MTN and a consultant from MTN replied to my post and she promised that my query would be resolved. It's been a full month and MTN has not credited me, to make matters worse, MTN debited an amount of R129 from my account on 29 June 2013, and the correct amount that should be debited is R89. This has been going on for 3 months and I'm really fed up of this. I think I need to involve the ombudsman because I have been calling MTN on numerous occasions and some of the consultants that I spoke to make promises that they can not fulfill. I just want this contract to expire cause I am not gonna go for an upgrade, I will never do business with MTN ever again!!! I've learnt my lesson.
