I received an sms mentioning that my account is in the arrears with the amount that I approved for my cell phone repairs. My phone went for repairs a month ago and I received an sms then that I need to either accept or decline the repairs quote - I accepted this and the lady told me that the amount will be debited from my account when my account is debited monthly for my contract. When I contacted them, they found out that they tried to debit from my previous account, however this account was closed over two years ago and my new account details was provided to them 2 years ago for this current contract (? 2 months left) - How is this possible? How can anyone make this stupid mistake!! I have no idea!! I spoke to over 5 consultants to try sort this out, the last consultant mentioned that the repairs department is closed right now and that I should contact them tomorrow as she is unable to resubmit the debit order. I find it absolutely pathetic that I need to sort this out myself when THEY are the ones that messed this up! Its not my fault! Poor service! I am absolutely livid at this moment! I could simply cancel my contract and take my business else where!
