PatheticService, 17 days still no refund...???

I first lodged a case on the 04.09.2013 and spoke to a consultant @ approx. 21:00 at night, with regards to being billed incorrect amount. I did an upgrade on my cell c contract and the amount we agreed to for my contract was R129.00 per month. The month of August 2013 was my first installment on my new contract, my account was debited an amount of R179.00 of which suddenly I'm told - there's a handset fee, I'm being billed extra. THIS WAS NEVER CONFIRMED WITH ME, SO I WILL NOT ACCEPT IT, AS IT WAS NOT THE VERBAL AGREEMENT/ CONTRACT.
I spoke to another consultant last week Friday @ approx. 11:15 in the morning, who also said he was referring the matter back, a week later still no feedback..
Today I spoke to Sheldene (Team Leader/Manager) at Cell C, who promised to refer and escalate this matter to Devashen (Manager) in the sales department. Hope and trust that finally after 17 days, I will get a resolution to this matter. IF THIS WILL NOT BE DONE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL MY CONTRACT, WITH NO PENALTIES AND I'LL BE GLAD TO RETURN YOUR HANDSET. Whoever will be calling me with feedback, please make sure you call me with a solutions, not excuses. I'm dissapointed, REALLY!
