About two weeks ago, I issued a insurance claim from Vodacom when my phone was. I then got into contact with Vodashop Parrow Centre, who repeatedly told me they would get back to me concerning the payment, as well as locating a Samsung S3 . I had to contact them 3 times on the day, as they never bothered to get back to me, regardless never having a solution.
When I phoned customer service, they told me that for a small amount more I could get a variety of different phones (an option never mentioned by the staff at Vodashop Parrow).
On the day that that the issue was finally resolved I had to leave on an earlier flight out of the country and I didn't have time to collect the phone and simswap. As a result I sent an e-mail to the Vodashop Parrow branch, letting them know that I was to collect the phone on this date, only to get there today, wait an hour for assistance, to be told they're out of stock.
This is completely unacceptable from a leading company such as Vodacom! I had to take a whole hour of my working day waiting in a queue, to be told that they totally ignored my request.
I am notone to complain, but I have never received such poor service before!
