As discussed, I did renewed my MTN 750 contract your branch on 17.04.2013. I was told by your sales person Samantha Tracy Chetty that I will have 180 free Minutes if I call MTN TO MTN. I was also told that I will have R750 airtime, 750 sms and 750 MB data free with this package.

I was clearly told that 180 free minutes must finished first before MTN will deduct money from my monthly airtime.

First three months it was happening very same way as was told to me by your sales person. Regret from July onwards, free minutes are not being reduced and money has been taken off from my monthly air time.

Having this situation, I spoke with 808 help line two times. First time lady told me that I must remove the battery /sim card and reinsert to reboot the phone and she will do the setting again. No change happened, once I did the same procedure.

Second time, another Lady told me that from 1st July 2013, they have received new e mail that 180 free min will only be activated when customer will finish his monthly airtime.

Now this is unacceptable and unfair. If I have to consume all air time and wait for free minutes, how would I be able to call Vodacom, cell C, Telkom or other overseas.
