Airtime missing each day

Hi there,

I have a top up (build you own) contract with Cell c, i currently Have 28mins free anytime minutes on the phone, and i have 46 free sms's remaining, as well as 300 mb data remaining, Yet i topped up my airtime to R20 on Tuesday night and each day - R2 is missing, i Know have R17 this has been happening for many weeks now, and i find that you are and its not fair.

i will like to know how this is possible as i have the bundles that will cover all my usages and therefore the airtime sudnt drop, i have not made any calls to Shared calls or competition numbers etc,

Please tell me why you are taking air time???
