I am not going to say good day or good morning because its not that good because of incompetent people who dont do their jobs properly. i have been waiting for my Iphone 5 sim card up to today from these people. The girl that i spoke to by the name of Magen said she placing an order of the correct sim card since they sent me a wrong one. Today i call again the lady i spoke to says no it doesnt show that Magen placed an order for my sim card off which i told this girl that i want my sim card because my sim that i was using has been disconnected as they did the swap to the sim they sent which was wrong, i cant stay with a phone that is not working.

I did state to this girl i need this sim card because i am going to Durban and there is no way in that i am going to travel with a phone that doesnt work. I am very right now because she doesnt do her job proper. i spoke to Wade again who also checked on the system if my sim has been placed for an order there was nothing in the system. and they told me that the sim will be invalid if 14 days pass from the day it was delivered so i want my sim card today. i am not waiting another 3 days
