Unprofessional behaviou

Called in and placed an order with Nomthandazo mlangeni at 11.00 today. Firstly just by getting my details of the system was a problem with my cell details, then placed my order, my standard order of which I always order from u guys. When it then cam to payment I told her I want to pay via credit card, she told me they don't transact telephonically I must swipe in the store, I informed her that I ALWAYS make payment via my card, she then spoke to someone and then asked for my card details... 3 TIMES without telling me if there was any errors and ignored my request for someone else to assist me, with so much frustration my hubby took the call and spoke with the manager, the card details were taken again but this time we had to use one of our other cards cos I still have to flippen check if it has ALL gone off because of negligence, I was phoning from my cell and was on the phone for like 20 to 30 minutes trying to do the order plus pay a good couple of times. I still did not get information if there was any errors or why I had to keep giving the credit card details, cos the manager took my other card details on the 4th attempt. Plus the order came 1 1/2 later &order wrong
