Phoned 4 times to get my credit card re-issued!

Around 16 October i phoned the FNB lost card call centre to cancel my credit card as my dogs got hold of the card & distroyed it. I asked to order a new card & they confirmed that i would receive my card in 5 - 7 working days. 27 October i phoned the call centre as i have not received the card yet. They told me the card had never been ordered and again i asked to order the card. Said again i would receive in 5-7 working days at my worcester branch. On 4 October i phoned again to check whether the card had been ordered, I spoke to Lindiwe at 12:30 pm and she said that card had again not been ordered. She spoke to the admin department and they promised i would have my card by Friday 8 October at the worcester branch. I again did not receive the reference number she promised. I actually just called again around 15:09 this afternoon and was again told my card had not been ordered!!! i was told to hold on while they spoke to admin, After 10 min of waiting i gave up! I am getting fed up as i have phoned 4 times and still i have no credit card!!! I pay my account promptly every month-so i dont know if FNB just does not want me to have a card anymore!
