I purchased the new Samsung Note 3 online from Vodacom who gladly followed through and verified the order, the phone was delivered a few days later and the agent i spoke to advised that my first debit order would be taken when the sim card was activated. received the wrong sim card on delivery of the phobne, called to get the correct sim advised I would need to wiat for 3-5 working days. on the 2nd delivery the then again delivered the wrong sim and by then they had debited R208 for sim activation when I didnt even have the sim card. I called to cancel the contract and to date the phone has been collected today 21-10-2013 another debit order goes off for R250 for the handset, I have had nothing but trouble from Vodacom and I am sick to my stomach. its enough I want my money and this phone gone.
