Mweb
Phone hanged up

The operator in accounts at Mweb put the phone down while I was trying to explain to her that my account is not correct. She told me that this is not MNET and, so I rise my voice that she can hear my properly, and told her that I am correct and I want Mweb Accounts.
She said that I must not scream at her and put the phone down while I was taking to her.
I think this is very unprofessional of the Mweb personal, after I have try to resolved the matter for about 2 hour been placed to 4 different people that can help me.
My problem is still not resolved, very BAD service!!!
