THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

I APPLIED FOR A SIM ONLY CONTRACT ON THE 24TH OCT 2013. AFTER CALLING ABOUT 6-8 TIMES REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION, I WAS FINALLY TOLD THAT MY SIM CARD HAD BEEN SENT TO THE COURIERS ON THE 4TH NOV 2013.
I RECEIVED IT ON THE 5TH NOV AND TO MY DISMAY IT WAS THE WRONG SIM CARD. WHEN I APPLIED I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE AGENT LOVEDALIA MALOPE THAT I HAD AN IPHONE 5 AND REQUIRED A NANO SIM CARD.AND I REPEATED THIS SEVERAL TIMES. INSTEAD I RECEIVED A MICRO SIM DUO STARTER PACK. I THEN PHONED THE CALL CENTER AND AGAIN REQUESTED FOR THE CORRECT SIM CARD. THIS TIME I SPOKE TO A LADY NAMED NOMONDE I THINK, SHE APOLOGISED FOR THE MISTAKE AND SAID THE MISTAKE WAS WITH DISPATCH AND SHE PUT IN A REQUEST THE CORRECT NANO SIM CARD TO BE DELIVERED ON THE 8TH NOV. FOR SURE THE COURIERS DELIVERED ON THE 8TH, WHICH IS TODAY BUT TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, ANGER AND FRUSTRATION I RECEIVED THE VERY SAME MICRO SIM THAT I HAD SPECIFICALLY SAID WAS THE WRONG ONE. I AM OFF!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS? DOES CELL C NOT HAVE NANO SIM CARDS FOR IPHONE 5. AND I AM TRYING TO MOVE TO CELL C FROM ANOTHER NETWORK. THE JOKE IS ON ME! TODAY I SPOKE TO THABISO REQUESTING THE CORRECT ONE. I NEED THIS FIXED!
