Cheque card that doesnt work

I have been using standard bank for less that three months but they have been more wrong than right
1-the atm took mycard and took them a month returned my money
2-my cheque card was sent to the wrong branch
3-now i was issued with a cheque card that doesnt work
all the branches cant find the card number of their system, i mean really this is poorly bad service, first the card was delivered to the wrong branch now the card is not working. I have sent many secure message to standard bank but no one is able to solve this matter
4.i tried to applied for a credit card on sat at lifestyle mall i was told they wanted my proof of address even if i have an account with them.i think this is my last month using this bank.

where are you moving forward?? this is poorly bad service, am considering going back to my bank
