Vodacom
Not receiving a service

I moved to a new business premises where the vodacom network is pathetic After countless calls they advised me thats thers nothing they can do and moving to a different network is the best option. After inquiring about this i got a quote from them for R11000 to Cancel my contract, that same contract which they cannot provide a service that they promised. Im paying for something im not receiving then have to pay a huge amount to stop paying for something im still not receiving, UNbelieveable.
