I was staying in Fourways and had network problems, I thought it was the area and maybe if I move to another area, the network will be better, but I am now even closer to the Vodacom's head office, and the network has gone even worse than in Fourways. I had attempted reporting the matter before but was told to gather numbers of people living in my neighbourhood and provide those to Vodacom in order to verify that it is indeed the network not my phone, otherwise they won't be able to assist me if I am alone. That really irritated me as indirectly they were saying me and my payments alone are not worth VODACOM's attention to the very problem that deprive me the services they promised me to provide me when I took the contract. I have deliberately posted my problem with vodacom on FaceBook to check if I was the only one suffering this broad daylight and I was shocked at the number of people who are saying Cell-C is the way to go. How do I cancel these contracts that do not benefit me? I have been with Vodacom since the introduction of cellphones in SA but I have been paying for the worst services one could get at such high price.
