I have a contract with Vodacom which is due for an upgrade in March 2014. Last year January I moved into a new apartment and the network coverage at my new place is really bad. I have called Vodacom several times and they have responded to my calls which I did appreciate. However, a year has passed and still there has been no progress regarding my network coverage problem. I received a call two weeks ago from a lady called Vee I think and she proposed to cancel my contract early so that I can move to another service provider. I have called Vodacom three times within the last two weeks to follow up on this and I have not received a response. I really do prefer using Vodacom, however it has become an inconvenience in my life because I am paying for my contract every month, however it is very annoying to be at my house and not receive calls and emails. I have been waiting to receive feedback from Vodacom regarding the cancellation of my contract but I have not received anything as yet. I do prefer using Vodacom but unfortunately the network coverage at my house has become an inconvenience in my life. I hope Vodacom will respond to this and actually do something about it.
