Im paying for no network

I've been paying for a phone that never has network and Cell C simply refuses to get back to me with a solution. I've been going in and out of cell c store since i got this phone and I've been filling and receiving reference numbers with no progress. had i not been the one paying them I'd be black listed. these people need to start treating me like a paying customer and not like some stupid person. still waiting for someone who can cancel my contract to get back to me. And dont tell me to pay anything when you cancel this contract because its not that I want to cancel it, I have to cancel it. I want response by Monday or I will be involving my lawyers to get out of this contract. This lack of basic service from a so called "service" provider is a breach of contract on your side. Oh and dont worry I have enough proof to sue you guys by now! Four months I have suffered. NO MORE!!!
