I have little to no network coverage at my house. I am either not able to dial at all (No service available) or if I do, the call quality is so bad that I cannot hear the person on the other side and they cannot hear me, shortly followed by the call being dropped. I have gotten to the point where I don't make calls at all anymore because it never works.

I have a cellphone contract with a certain amount of airtime available, which I am unable to use. I have been paying for a service for 21 months and I am not receiving what I am paying for. I was prepared to wait until the end of my contract to cancel and move to another network where I can get coverage, but it has become a risk.

I have complained on many occasions. Their technicians have CONFIRMED that there is a coverage problem in my area. They been to my house to test signal strength, but nothing has helped. On sending through a request to cancel my contract on the 5 Sept, they had a technician call me on Monday 23 Sept to try and resolve my issue. I made it clear that after 21 months, I am no longer willing to resolve this issue. I would like to cancel my contract and port my number to another network.

This is a last resort
