My two daughters upgraded their phones from Blackberry to I Phone's. First Jani on Cell number 0798845706 and then Anri on Cell 0768330969. Both are linked to main account holder JG Greeff 0832695035. The arrangement concluded with the lady, I think it is Veronica was. She cancelled the Internet on 0798845706 and arranged that a data bundle be loaded on the phone. If it was depleted, we could add (Like top up) in need. The same applied to 0768330969 a couple of weeks later, but there was no internet that had to be cancelled. On 0768330969 the data bundle was supposed to have been deducted from 0933077856. That was only difference between the two upgrades. When we received our bill, it was over R2000 for previous month and last month it was over R7000. Upon enquiry, we were informed that no databundles were loaded. They have since rectified it for us but we are not prepared to foot the bill for a mistake on the side of the Customer Service at Vodacom. We urgently request that JG Greeff on 0832695035 be refunded as we were only supposed to pay for the bundles and not for open data. I might mention that whilst in the shop two other clients experienced same problem.
