I wanted to upgrade my contract with MTN since April 2013, but they have had nothing but excuses. First the wrong RICA details were on the delivery and then no one seemed to have a clue what is happening with the contract. Since May no one has been in contact with me about this contract. Now I wish no cancel the contract as I have no use for it. They are debiting me the normal contract rate and I will not pay it. It is because of their useless service that my contract was not upgraded in time. I'm a very reasonable person and will not make waves unless needed, but with i have had it with MTN i want this problem resolved ASAP.
