High Bills due to MTN negligence

I downgraded my contract in July 2013. Three month later I realised that I used my phone more then usual and decided to upgrade my contract. I went to the MTN shop at Stellenbosch Square Mall where the sales lady told me that I can't upgrade my contract. She told me that I only can cancel my contract completely and have to pay a very high fee. So I went to the MTN shop at Waterstone Village Mall Somerset West. Also there the sales person told me the same that I only can cancel my contract. So I went to the third shop at Somerset West Mall. After 1 hour waiting period the sales person told me that I can upgrade my contract without any problems. He told me that I can upgrade my contract every three month and that my contract will be changed in December 2013. In January my bill was still very high. So I went to the MTN Shop again and the sales lady checked my details. She told me that I am still on the downgrade contract and that no changes had been made? I wanted that she changed my contract but she told me that she don't want to fill in all the paperwork and that I have to go to the head office. I am fed up with all the excuses and no actions, wrong information & lazyness.
