I have recently upgraded our home internet to a faster line with unlimited megs. (I must add that this was a near impossible task)

With that being said, once my mother received the bill for the next months account she was astounded by the increased cost from the previous month. When she went to query the "fault" about a week ago, she was told that it was because we were charged for 2 months usage this month.

I had upgraded the line on the 29th of May, two days before the end of that month and had been charged for a full months usage!! This to me seems totally unacceptable due to the fact that no-one I had spoken to when upgrading the internet asked me if I was prepared to pay fully for those two days. I was not given the option to wait until the first of June to upgrade and feel that it is your duty to warn your clients about this!

I really do not find this service you have given us acceptable and my mother has even told me she wants to move to a different internet provider because of this incident. - and due to the experience I have had aswell, I am not objecting.
