Airtime usage for internet usage on BIS

About a month ago I detected that my airtime is become less every day on 2 of my Blackberry contracts without me using my phone for any calling. I went to MTN Menlyn branch and they helped me to see that my airtime is used for internet usage. They have shown this on the detailed usage sheet. Complaint was logged but I have received response only after about 2 weeks and the suggestion to change the settings on my phone did not have any effect. Two more complains were logged by the assisted at MTN Menlyn, but no response from MTN technical services. I have phoned technical services, but they keep on saying that BIS is not free for certain internet usage. My contract is more that a year old and my understanding was that BIS is free internet. Please note that my airtime is less every single day. I am really disappointed about the service I receive from MTN and their total cluelessness in resolving this problem. I hope this complaint will get the attention of somebody with the necessary skill to address the problem and correct it. I am sure there are many MNT customers out there that have the same problem but is unaware of it because they use their airtime for calls on a daily basis.
