No service for two months

Come and give me my line or come and put a wireless line!!! I have incurred many expenses by not having my adsl line. and your branch workers are dumb. I spent over half hour in centurion with the guy starring at his screen and not doing anything. I have 4 reference numbers of ppl that promised refunds for the 2 moths I have not received service, and 25% discount... I want a line and I want my money back due to your incompetence!!! what happened to my 2 previous hello peter complaints... all ignored!
