Discount offered on ADSL line rental not honoured

On the 20th of September 2013, I wrote a Hello Peter report describing how Telkom offered me a 25% discount on my ADSL line, but did not honour it. Applicable URL:

Telkom immediately responded and promised that the matter would urgently be investigated and I would be provided with feedback. The escalation reference number that they gave me was: ARS 234210.

Ten days then passed with no further response. I then added a negative comment on the hello peter report. On the 1st of October 2013, Telkom replied to my comment again saying that the matter is receiving urgent attention.

It has been over a month now since the initial complaint, but still I haven't been contacted with an outcome on the matter. In summary, Telkom have now twice stated that the matter is receiving urgent attention, but nothing ever gets done!
