Wrong order and no bad service

In Feb Cell C contacted me and offered me a modem with 500MB for R49 per month, I accepted the offer, but then they send me a laptop with a modem and a contract of 200MB and subtracted R200 from my bank account. I contacted them, explained that I did not order the laptop and also did not agree to R200 being deducted from my account every month, they promised to pickup the laptop and refund my money. I had to call them numerous times to come and pickup the laptop, until I reported them on hello peter. Cell C then contacted me and then pickup up the laptop, now I am struggling to get them to refund my money, but instead they STILL deduct R200 from my account every month. The laptop was picked up on the 22-02-2013 and I had to call them over and over again complaining about my money, and every time the helpdesk says that the warehouse must notify them that the laptop was received in good order and that the helpdesk operator will send an mail to warehouse and sort it out and then cancel the laptop contract and refund me. Until now nothing was done, when I call I hold for about 40 min just to hear they will put me through to someone else and then I still do not get any service or help.
