Product not delivered in 5 weeks, NO explanation

MTN small street has failed to deliver my TV that was suppose to have been delivered 4 weeks ago. No one communicates with me. I have come to the store over 6 times still nothing is done. I have no idea why the TV is not delivered. This is the waste service and very disgusted and disappointed. I need an immediate response and explanation. I am no long interested. I was even told that the phone i wanted did not come in white when it actual fact it does. There are lairs. They even say they will get back to you. I have spoke to all everyone that works there but no progress or feedback.
