Waiting for delivery that never came

I'm very disappointed and angry in the service I got from game. Firstly my goods were suppose to be delivered on the 2nd and it wasn't, they delivered on the 3rd but they only delivered a tv. I went to the store to inquire I was told my fridge was not dispatched from the warehouse I was told it will be delivered today and I will receive a call before delivery. The guys called me and I told them I'm work ill be in town around six the guy hung up his phone on my ear. I called him around half past 6 he said it late to deliver. So now I need to know what to do because I need my fridge. Please help me.
