Poor delivery on purchased goods

I bought some cement on Friday and they are suppose to deliver within Three days and they haven 't delivered my goods and its sad because I am their regular customer and I've spent more that R50000, 00 on them last year alone but this is the service I get and its not the first time its probably the third time they do this the first time was with the doors I bought and they never delivered until i went and complained and the second time was with the tiles in October last year they failed to deliver for more that two weeks I kept on going back to complain to the store manager and now this I 'm afraid they are failing to deliver.
