Two weeks and still no delivery of SA product

On 2014/01/22, I purchased a textbook from [URL Removed] Expected delivery was 4-9 days. It is now two weeks later and I have not received this South African published book.

Spoke to the call centre and got the usual "we are still within our timeframe"... 4-9 days to dispatch and then 3-4 days for the courier to deliver (this is not indicated on the product page).
RIDICULOUS!!!

I could have got this same book from [URL Removed] delivered within 3 days!
I've had goods bought online and delivered from ITALY within a week and this Mickey Mouse South African operation takes more than 2 weeks to deliver a South African product.
Just checked the tracking now and it's still in Cape Town since Monday night (2 days ago)!!!

It's fine to offer free delivery, but then why use road instead of air transport?

Sorry, I will not be buying from you guys anymore. In this age, when people shop online, they want their shopping delivered the next day, not more than 2 weeks later.
