Cannot even deliver one parcel

I was contacted by uti mounties on Monday to confirm that my cards from nedbank would be delivered on Wednesday, never showed up or phoned to explain why it was not delivered. On Thursday i phoned them to find out Wat's going on but could not get any explanation from then. Then i was told they will make sure it will be delivered on Friday morning, once again nothing, phoned them again and spent 30 min on the phone just to get an weak explanation. The driver said that he was in the street but could not find the company, now the problem with that is that the street is only two blocks and there is only on company in those two blocks with big sings AL over the building and the rest of the street has houses that is residential, now the driver have my contact details to phone me but cannot even do that. It has now cost me 2 days of cancelling appointments to be at the office to sign for the parcel.
