Its four weeks now since l purchased a Donna Marrie bedroom suite from Lewis stores. i used an EFT to pay for my goods and they told me that the payment takes days for it to reflect in my Lewis account, seriously FNB to FNB transaction? After that incident it took them two weeks to deliver a broken bedroom suite at my place. l had actually pushed them to do their job for that to happen. Noone communicates with the customer as long as you have paid them. i called countless times and got transferred from one person to the next or have them hang up before l had gotten hold of the Manager. He does not call his client to update them on what is going on. i hav now in my possesion a broken bedroom suite thats not mounted and is becoming a risk to my two year old daughter. The store told me that they did not know that the bedsuite was broken. They had it delivered on the 16th of feb and i called on the 19th and their excuse was we dont know what happened. i gave them time to look for a replacement and arrange for it to be delivered and asked for feedback which l never got. The last l called their excuse was they were doing stock. i asked for my money back and am still waiting, SERIOUSLY
