I bought couches and wardrobes from Russells in August which took two months to be delivered. Eventually when they decided to deliver, wrong Robes were delivered at my house. I called the store to let them know they delivered the wrong staff and and they must come fetch it as I no longer want them. I then logged a complaint with Head Office I spoke the lady by the name of Marline who promised to come back to me about 4 weeks ago with feedback on my complaint up to now she never did. I expected her to come back to me to let me know what the procedure was to remove the robes from my account and how much was going to be my new to debit order but no one from this store a manager or Marline came back tome. To my surprise I was appalled by receiving an sms from them telling me my debit order will be going through on the 25th of October but I am waiting for feedback on my complaint. I called today and spoke to Boitumelo and Doris both ladies told me they dont know how much my debit order was and I need to go to the store to sign a new contract only after a new contract is signed. What happen to treating customers fairly? I am disgusted by this group its pathetic service.
