MTN pathetic service once again

I went to the MTN store in PHX Plaza and upgraded my contract on the 04/06/2013.I was on an MTN 350 top up and took the Samsung S4 on a 350 anytime package. I asked the consultant when I will get my provisioning for the new bundle and when will the new package kick in. He informed me that to his knowledge it will kick in on my new bill run which was te 27/06.I didn't use the phone until about a week aft receiving it as I had about R450 airtime still left. I put my dual sim in the S4 and not knowing set it to update automatically. On the 16th of June I get an SMS telling me that I have almost rached my great limit and that my bill Was sitting at R1300.I was so angry and called 808 who could not understand what to Do but referred me back to the store. Firstly I was misinformed by the consultants about the date of provisioning and activation of new package. As thinking I was on a top up it would cut off should I reach the rand limit. If they changed me to the new package, where is my pro rate for the month? 808 say I need to log a dispute for the pro rata which they will try and help me with. As per the CPA nothing was explained to me. I want a full credit for the charges for the Internet.
